Our executive team shares a successful tenure in staffing and recruitment. Each manager has been with Gardner an average of 15 years and all are committed to the exemplary execution of every assignment.
Our Senior Management team knows that the best fit means a lot more than meeting the technical requirements of a position. The best fit must realize a fundamental connection between employers and job seekers in terms of personality, values, and culture.
Our leaders are local to the Greater Boston area, and regularly participate in face-to-face meetings with employers and Accounting and Finance candidates, forging stronger relationships with each. And they remain personally involved in the major decisions that influence performance, quality and satisfaction.
